ABOUT JASON ANDERSON, District Attorney
San Bernardino County District Attorney Jason Anderson has been a member of the California State Bar since 1997. He graduated from Regent University School of Law in Virginia in 1996. Mr. Anderson served as a Deputy District Attorney for the County of San Bernardino from 1998 until 2014. In this capacity, he worked as a prosecutor handling a variety of serious cases, particularly in the Crimes Against Children Unit for 13 years. In 2008, Mr. Anderson received the Jennifer Brooks Lawyer of the Year award from the Western San Bernardino County Bar Association. In 2012 he received the Above and Beyond Award from the National Crime Survivors for his work on behalf of victims of crime. In 2018, Mr. Anderson received the George Porter Criminal Trial Attorney Award from the San Bernardino County Bar Association.

Since 2004, Mr. Anderson has been an Adjunct Professor of Law teaching Criminal Procedure and Trial Advocacy. Following his departure from the District Attorney’s Office in 2014, Mr. Anderson opened Jason Anderson, Professional Law Corporation in Rancho Cucamonga, California. On June 5, 2018 Mr. Anderson was elected as the San Bernardino County District Attorney. Mr. Anderson has been married for 23 years and has two children.

District Attorney Anderson has vowed to make the San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office the best law firm in the County. District Attorney Anderson’s mission will include respecting and inspiring confidence in the rule of law both inside and outside the Office, collaboratively ensuring justice with excellence, integrity and compassion, stewarding public resources to hold the guilty accountable, support victims of crime, and honoring the humanity of all involved in the criminal justice system, and restoring a culture of service and accountability to the San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office.
